Welcome! Thank you for visiting. Picking a therapist is hard, and I want to be helpful to you in that process. It takes immense courage to reach out for help.
My approach is based on respect for you as a person, and what you are going through right now. I work to create a kind, honest, and authentic environment where you can feel hopeful that things are going to get better. Therapy will be focused on your present concerns, and will be a process of guided discovery. I aim to help you gain awareness and understanding of your patterns of thinking and feeling, and how this affects your relationship with yourself and relationships with others. Through our work together, your relationships will improve, your emotions and moods will get better, you will have more positive thinking, and you will feel a greater sense of connection with yourself and your loved ones.
We will use proven treatments that work, and I am committed to supporting you through your journey. If you have any questions at all, please don’t hesitate to reach out, I am here to help.
